dillards at lakeline has a great layout and plenty of options. I know that I can always find something here when in need of a party dress, business attire, or shoes
This goes for Dillard's Lakeline and also Abilene Texas. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the store!!!! Eight times in the last few months, they say merchandise is on sale for 65% off but it does not ring up that way. Sometimes it does, but just as often it doesn't. There is always a 3 day limit for returns and they argue about it even when you are within the time frame. Frankly, I think they do it on purpose.
Poor customer service from the women in bedding/linens department. I bought drapes there, waiting for the sales staff while they helped someone jump ahead of the line, then continued to ignore me after that person was served. I asked a passing stock employee a question, and she responded to me all in Spanish, and said "I don't know". So! Bad service, a waste of money, and jobs are being given to folks who do not speak English enough to help paying customers. Three strikes, you're out!
Dillard's has everything you need for the home! I love that there are always high quality sheets and towels on sale.
