Nothing bad to say something good I love the caramel and cinnamon. one

Nothing but good things to say! I managed to get a new guy today. After he rang up my order, I used a free birthday drink on my gold card to pay and it said that I owed .65 cents! The guy apologized and dug in his own pocket to cover it. Super nice. Although, I think in the fluster he forgot to actually put my drink on the bar to get made (Drinks don't get skipped often, but it does happen. I firmly believe that being polite is key. This goes for life in general). However, as soon as they realized that I got skipped, they had my drink ready in 1 minute tops! They remodeled since the last time I've been here and it looks great! Music is really nice as well. Overall, great experience. ______________ EDIT: June 27, 2013 Man, I came by for another visit to study for an exam and once again I'm blown away by how great this location is! Today, I had a super nice, sweet-hearted lady that took my order. I ordered a grande, iced vanilla rooibos tea. She got to making my drink right away and then asked, "Would you like to try a hot drink using the vanilla rooibos? I make it at home and its really good!" And, for free of course. It was like dessert in a cup! So stinking good! She made the vanilla rooibos tea, steamed some apple juice, and added a couple of pumps of vanilla all packed in a tall cup. I would probably add just a dash of cinnamon to add another layer of flavor! Then, on top of that, once my iced tea was ready (you have to let it steep for a bit), she gave me a venti instead of a grande! This is the definition of first class customer service. I don't necessarily intend to make this review a novel, but if I keep getting treated like royalty by complete strangers every time I come in, I might just keep adding to it! I rarely have a completely negative experience at any Starbucks location, but there are definitely ones that I've been to where the employees are just super unhappy. I assume this is because management doesn't treat them properly. This location, however, is much like the majority of the Starbucks locations I've been to, just more polished than ever. I applaud the current employees at this location and especially the management, for providing a workspace that enables their employees to enjoy their jobs and provide excellent customer service that is much better than I would ever expect from any store. I've been to countless Starbucks locations across the nation and I've never been compelled to write a review over one, much less twice over the same location!! Great job, guys, and thank you for the wonderful experience.

slow, slow, slow, but cheery

great place to study. I don't drink coffee though, so I can't really comment there hehehe.

This Starbucks lives up to the brand's high standard of customer service, quality food, and great coffee. With the traditional espresso drinks, signature frozen drinks, Tazo Teas, and an ever expanding breakfast and lunch menu, you will not be dissappointed with this top tier location. The lines can be long at the drive thru in the morning, but you can save time by walking in and grabbing your morning pick up and sharing a smile and nice greeting with the great baristas.
