Considering the fact that I live on the border in Deep South Texas, I can assure anyone that this food is as far from authentic Mexican cuisine that I've ever had. This restaurant is filled with generic interpretations of classic dishes. I tried a burrito and it was easy to tell that nothing on the dish was made in house. The beans given as an appetizer lacked any flavor at all, and the chips and salsa were incredibly bland. I was also quite offended with the spelling of their dishes. Misspelling words like "big" and "chicken" as "beeg" and "cheekin" to mimic a stereotypical Spanish accent. The only thing this restaurant has going for t is the service and a clean environment, but even that isn't enough to compensate for the terrible food and offensive nature of this restaurant. A better dining experience is to be had at Taco Bell, and I hate Taco Bell.
