Dr cass has a nice personality. he spends time with you to help you get your prescription right so that you will be able to see much better.his staff will take time to help you find the lenses that are right and perfect for you. they will do their best to answer your questions. i have been with this same clinic since 1961. they have taken really good care of me. i lived in odessa,texas for several years and drove 500 miles back here to beaumont to get my glasses.
Great experience. My daughter had to see Dr. Cass for an eye infection last fall and for being a new patient, they were able to see her immediately and get her some relief quickly. Very satisfied with that experience. Then I saw Dr. Cass a couple weeks ago and also had a great experience. Office staff are VERY friendly, personable and professional. Even though it is not a convenience to make the drive the service makes it worth it. I will be moving my whole family to Dr. Cass as their annual eye exams come due.
Went to Family Eye Care to have my eyes examined and found the whole experience pleasant. I was seen promptly,the staff was courteous and professional, and the doctor did not make me feel rushed. I would recommend Family Eye Care to anyone.
Beaumont Family Eye Care creates an environment for their guests thats reminds you that your in great hands. Their office creates an experience that is peaceful and soothing allowing you to relax and enjoy the visit. The Doctor was very good in explaining the prognosis and possible treatments necessary. I was at first very nervous because it had been many years since my last eye visit, that didnt go so well. This place went above the norm to make me comfortable and I would recommend them highly!
