My first visit to this restaurant and chain. I ordered the Garlic Chicken Pasta, which is described as follows online: Garlic Chicken Pasta blackened grilled chicken layered over a bed of spaghetti, covered in a garlic cream sauce then topped with fresh shaved parmesan cheese and a dash of roasted red pepper flakes. served with choice of two vegetables. 1. There was NO parmesan 2. There was NO dash of roasted red pepper flakes 3. There was NO garlic cream sauce (rather melted butter with zero garlic flavor) 4. It came with NO side dishes (which is a shame, as they may have been better than the main course) The so called "blackened chicken" was tiny little cubes of dried out flavorless chicken that tasted tough and microwaved. We all know how it gets when it's left over and nuked. Well that's what I got. So basically I paid $9 for some pasta with butter, a few slivers of zuccini, and some dried out left over chicken. No thanks. I won't be going here again...ever!

I went to dine in with my family on a slow Thursday night Dec 27th @ 6:00 p.m.. The waiter took 10 min to bring out our bread and cornbread, then another 10 min to get our drinks orders. Finally he took our order. We waited 45 min to get two kids meals and 2 Hambugers. Then when we got the food, the burgers were burnt and dry and came with hardly a handful of cold fries. Not to mention my husband ordered jalapenos on his burger but there were none, yet we were charged for them, the waiter said that they don't even charge extra for add ons when it clearly states it on the menu. Whaaat? We couldn't figure our if he was high or just lazy. We we're very disappointed. We could see our waiter clowning around the whole time and there was no Management in sight to correct the behavior or see if customers were even being taken care of. We had to ask a different waitress help us on refills and other things we needed(extra napkins, ketchup) and to even find our waiter. Oh yeah, when we complained about the time it took to get our food, he argued with us and said we only waited 28 min. when clearly after waiting so long on the drinks we decided to time him to see just how long it would take. Anyway we were in that restaurant way too long and couldn't wait to leave and we'll never be back. My suggestion to anyone reading this is don't waste your time unless you want an experience like we had.

I love eating at the Pea. Always ask for Robin or Jana both have a great attitude and seem to be able to handle almost any situation. Great service, Great food, Great experience!

If you have to send pork chops back three times because they are not cooked (nearly raw), then there is a problem.
