Have been in there two different times had the same great service both times. The food was awesome both times. Hope I travel back through there again soon! If you go there ask for Trey he was the best!
Had the worst experience there last night we were seated close to a patio door and a groups children were running all over the restaurant unattended going in and out the patio door and of course it's freezing and their letting in cold air so we're freezing and the manager came over and asked how we're doing and we told the these 4 year old kids were freezing us out....All he did was laugh at us....He did nothing about it at all so we canceled our drink order and left.......never going back unless new management is there....
We went back in December & had Trey for server. He was awesome, the food was great, & the atmosphere was upbeat. Everyone was very nice to us. We travel the country majority of the year so we know great service when we get it. Went back again today (Feb 1st) & got Trey again. BEST WAITER EVER. Someone needs to make this guy management. Again, service was exceptional. He was the reason we came back & he will be the reason we continue to come back when we come through the area.
Went there Saturday night 3/15 with my kids baseball team and the rest of the parents and I have to say that this restaurant was not my choice in the first place after we stopped going there three years ago. and guess what? Still the same poor service staff disoriented when taking orders that took for ever to come even a simple drink I had to get it fom myself from the bar and there were no more than four tables occupied besides us. Mostly my comment besides this once again bad experience with this chain restaurant was my poor wife late that night getting sick and end up you know were when food make you sick. With all being said I give this restaurant a Z-.
Didnt even eat service sucked left with ordering. By the way only two tables there and the waiter didnt even take the time to see if we wanted an appitizer. Dont even stop here.
