We live in Louisiana but have made the trek to Beaumont just to visit Cheddar's several times now. We have never been disappointed. Great food, good service, and large portions make it well worth the trip.
I ate with Cheddar's for many years. A few months ago i ordered a takeout salad. I placed my order early that day, around 12pm to pickup at 5:30pm the same day. Not only was the salad not ready but i waited over 45 minutes after i arrived to pick it up. The manager Christina was extremely nice after i reported the situation but i choose not to dine with Cheddars again because of the rudeness of some of the people i incountered. Great resturant but sometimes horrible service. Ken Roberts! I have visited the resturant since the incident. Although i have not had a chance to meet the manager Christine, i look foward to doing so.
Great service, great food. Waiters are always super friendly.
If it wasn't for poor quality steaks with little flavor, this Cheddar's would get 5 stars. The service was very good although the server was admittedly new. The manager handled my one complaint very well. The drink and food prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Cheddar's to anyone wanting a great dining experience on a budget as long as you aren't going for the steaks.
Great food with originality and atmosphere at a reasonable price. I had the Dijon mushroom chicken. Is just something about the way they get their cheese curds too, very tasty.
