Waited over 30 minutes to be seated and the hostess said we were next on the list. However, she seated two more sets of costumers before us and then gave us the excuse that they needed a larger table because there were 4 guests compared to the 3 of us. Will be writing Firebird corporate! Just got off the phone with Mr. Bryan, the manager who listened and was very concerned. Very apologetic and reassuring that our service would be better next time.
It has a really inviting warm atmosphere with decent food. It was a little price for a week day lunch.

Service was terrible. It was during lunch, the resturant was not busy or fully occupied. I was seated immediately, however, I waited 15 minutes for my server. I thought they were short staffed. However, when a couple came in within the next few minutes, they were immediately served with drinks and appetizer. I had to ask the manager for a server. Im new to the area and I previously lived in Nashville. This was by far the worst service I had ever experienced. The food was ok, nothing you can't order and enjoy at any other restaurant.
Best service and food! I accidentally showed up 45 mins earlier than my dinner companion and the waiter was so nice about it. He just kept filling my drink and never quit smiling! Firebirds Chicken Pasta is amazing!
