Service was fine. Pardon my bluntness, but the food sucked all things considered! We were there to use a gift certificate, I will never spend my own money there!
Sorry to say it. But it's hit or miss here. It's either great or horrible, no in between. Tonight, I was delivered not 1, not 2 but 3 filthy plates covered in dried food. Generally, the wait staff and management are nice and cordial, but something seems to be broken with basic restaurant management. Would love to see changes and improvement.

The chain as a whole is excellent. However, this location is slightly malfunctioning. Poor organization on the hostess side led to a frustrating experience. She eventually accommodated us but acted like it was a huge favor. Once seated, everything improved.
Its a really nice atmosphere with amazing food. I have had to wait every time but its usually not to bad. It is expensive but i have never been disappointed with the food.
