I come here once a week. i have only had 2 orders brought to me that was done correctly. One occasion my pizza was cut wrong blending a couple of slices into 2 types of pizza for 1 slice. 2nd i ordered a Calzone that was horribly made like it was smashed flat and thrown in the oven. 3rd I ordered a Half BBQ/half Mediterranean and they made a buffalo/Mediterranean. The waitress told them to just make me a small BBQ real quick and instead of that, they remade the entire pizza which in total took well over an hour and a half to complete. Now I simply ordered a dessert the "Siamese Dream" and they messed that up as well. I decided to take a picture this time. On the left it is stuffed with Bananas with no chocolate sauce. Not everyone wants to have giant chunks of bananas in every bite but that you're supposed to enjoy each ingredient evenly. They had to make me another one which is on the right. While waiting for my food and just casually looking around i watched the cooks in the back throwing dough in the air to stretch it out. 2 guys were playing around and dropped the dough on the ground from tossing it around like 12 year Olds. That made production slow and profit decrease. I went to the bar once and asked if they had a few beers in particular because I'm not much of a beer guy, they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. That wasn't the problem though as I understand a restaurant doesn't have every beer. The problem was the bartenders comment just after asking only the 2nd time for a specific beer (MGD). He said "We only sell good beer here" and turned his back to me. The bartender wasn't even busy. I shrugged it off. The waiters and waitresses are great. The food is good when done right. But the biggest plus is the owners/managers. They will do what is right to make their customers happy as long as there is sufficient enough reason (like a messed up order) and that overall is what keeps a business going. They could improve in the kitchen greatly by hiring someone to directly oversee everything going on, or retrain/focus their manager to do such as it is needed. Structure needs to be placed in the kitchen as it is a job/business that needs to create profit. I see a lot of money being drained due to bad kitchen management/structure. Overall it's a nice place to eat.. as long as. your food is done right

Okay...was super excited to go to Mellow Mushroom since I had great things about it! My husband, my two year old and I walked in and got seated fairly quickly. Then we sat there for about 10 minutes. Finally someone came over and asked if anyone had been over. We said no and waited another 5 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. I asked that my son's food go ahead and be put in because he was starving. Keeping a two year old quiet at a table is NOT fun. We also ordered some cheese bread as an appetizer. well...the cheesebread came out but it was literally half a sesame hoagie roll plopped upside down with cheese on it. Ok $8 for this? Really? Whatever.. Our son's meatballs and cheese came out and they tasted like the meat had been drying out and they were a lil spicy (kinda wish the server had told us that). I ordered the mushroom soup because it was featured and sounded really yummy. It was ice cold! The server never came to check if any of the food was ok so it sat on the table for about 20 minutes before our pizza came out. We ordered the red skin potato pizza and it was delicious!!! After we were done eating I stacked all the plated and pushed them to the end of the table and waited and waited for the server to come bring our check. 30 minutes after we got home we were all in the bathroom... NOT going back....EVER....I dont usually leave bad tips but the service was awful and the food was mediocre at best.

This place is a family favorite. The pizza is great, even if the atmosphere is noisy, and the waitress always remembers what you order.

Awesome pizza, we went on a busy Saturday and the service was quick. Prices for handmade pizza were really good as well. The owner was helping clean tables and came to talk with us after we finished eating. We will definitely be return customers

their pizza is good but the calzones are too die for! great friendly service and always hot food that is right! Fun atmosphere too.
