I am giving 5 stars purely for customer service purposes. Lexie (not sure of spelling) has exceptional customer service skills! When you order through the drive through she is often the person to greet you over the speaker box and she does so with such a friendly and polite attitude; she sees to it that the customer's experience is a pleasant one. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the item that I ordered today. I ordered a breakfast southwest steak burrito which is ordinarily warm, crisp and delicious but the last two times I ordered one it had been cold (including today). I called the store and Lexie answered. She turned a negative situation into a positive with her obvious, genuine care and compassion for the customer's experience, as well as her concern for the store operating properly. She offered to make things right as quickly as possible. She also had a level head about her to realize that something may not be working properly (an oven in which the warm breakfast sandwiches are cooked) and put a plan in motion to make sure it was going to be fixed, to ensure that future customers did not experience an inconvenience like I had. I would recommend this location to anyone who asked, in large part because of the thoughtfulness and consideration of Lexie!
Worst service on earth. The staff is horrible...the guy at the register is dead dead slow. The staff think I have all day and made me wait at the register. Never going back to this DD on poplar.
Good most of the time but the owners are rude though the rest of the staff is great
Don't try the drive through - your food will most likely not be ready by the time you get to the window. You'll be asked to pull up, in a space that is not big enough to accommodate your vehicle in addition to the person behind you, potentially leading to awkward situations with other customers. If you try to suggest that the food simply be ready when you pull up to the window, you'll get to partake of some fresh-baked excuses and defenses for this poor practice. Following that, you'll have the opportunity to wash it all down with a nice hot cup of extremely poor customer service.
Delicious, the staff is awesome unless you get the owner or his wife, they never seem to get it right.
