My husband and I ordered two vanilla beans, and first the lady didn't take my order correctly at the drive thru, so when we came to the window and I said I wanted two of them. She kind of gave me a bad look, which my husband noticed. Then they made the worse vanilla beans I have ever had from Starbucks, I wasted $11 for the worse taste drink ever!! I will never go back to that Starbucks again! We ended up throwing away our drinks. Very disappointed!

All these great reviews? I find that confusing. I went there yesterday and they were not yet open at 6:05 a.m. I went there today and two of the three women there were flat out rude to me. One made a face about the drink I ordered, and the other one never addressed anything to me except to tell me the total amount that I owed. The first time I went the service was good. Even on Monday, the woman who rang up my order was rude to me. I think the baristas think they are cooler than the customers. Hey, I admit I am not cool. But I am uncool and make a lot of money. They obviously don't need any of it. The Starbucks on Pelham Road is nice to me every time I go there. Even my 9-year-old daughter asked why the baristas were being so mean. How about this, get your act together, Starbucks.

I'm there everyday so it's nice to get my drink on the house some times. I usually wont have to ask for my drink once they see me it is fixed. Needless say become a regular.
