Tried this location 2x now, gave it a second chance after the first horrible visit. They messed up again so we'll be trying the philly location next. They're getting 2 stars instead of 1 because each time the manager fixed the problem or comp'd something but it just would have been better if the mistakes didn't keep happening.
I highly recommend reconsidering the idea of having lunch here, especially for Taco Tuesday. The Plymouth Meeting Dave & Buster's was understaffed; therefore the wait to be seated, to get drinks, and to order our food was understandable. However, there is no excuse for the nonexistent customer service. The server that we had was not friendly at all, nor did he even know that it was Taco Tuesday. He cleared our plates while we were still trying to eat. We felt very unwelcome, so we ate as fast as we could and got out of there as soon as possible.
Good Food And Good Games Just Like The One In California.
My son has severe food allergies; upon notifying the server, he brought the manager to our table - the manager personally cooked my son's lunch in a brand new pan to ensure that no allergens would impact our visit. THAT'S quality service! Love the games and prizes too!
