Extremely poor customer service after the sale from poor delivery confirmation, numerous calls questioning delivery time, incompetent installers using the wrong cable, and lack of response from Best Buy management after three separate emails. Our family will never shop a t Best Buy again and will mention our extremely poor experience to any friend or neighbor who is contemplating a purchase from Best Buy.
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! I bought a camera and was told they had a 15 day return policy. At one point the zoom froze. The store manager would not except the return because the LCD monitor said “Lens Error” and he said that was proof I dropped the camera, (which I don’t remember doing,) and there for I was responsible for the camera failure. I called the camera company and they said “Lens Error” was not proof that I had dropped the camera and that it was a mechanical failure and if Best Buy would not honor their return policy, to send the camera to them and they would repair it free of charge. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! They do not honor their return policy!
Part of there service sucks because I always go there just to look at new gadgets I am a fan on samsung device. Usually the security put the pink stickers on any used item outside the store. Well on 6/12/14 at 11:00am I dropped of my samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0 versions to charged up the battery because it was a little low. Well by 2pm when I came across the street my tablet was not there and there was the samsung guy I know where I ask him where my tablet was the guy that was there went to lunch. Then I was pissed off I said to the samsung guy "wheres my Gxx Dxxn tablet! this is my only tablet I use". The samsung guy said I was here this morning I said I dropped it off he said its not on the counter. Giving me just a little hard time and said I can take nothing from the counter thats stealing. I said the security usually put stickers on use electronic item. And then the samsung guy said that if I have to purchase my own item that I recently had for a long time. My advice I don't recommend people to leave their items here either for repair or charging items like tablets or mabe phones. Just my first bad experience I prefer King of Prussia Best Buy. I really try to avoid this Best Buy... Thank You
The reason brick and morter stores are going bust... Online shows they have stock, but they don't have it. Bad customer service. Take note, when speaking with Sean, he doesn't care to make things right... Just not to do anything for customers.
I came in with less than 5 minutes to closing to upgrade to an iphone 5 on my plan and Warren in the mobile dept. stayed after hours to set up the phone for me. I appreciate the positive attitude and patience of the employees I met.
