This has to be one of if not the WORST Wal-mart in Phila.. From the long lines to the dirty store, rude staff and customers.. Take my advice and goto the Wal-mart a few miles further down the blvd. It will be 1000% worth it..
It's a great place to go to look for cheap things, not a great place to go if you want to be in and out. Cashier lines are always long (it can depend on what time you go), that's why I always go to self-checkout. But even at self-checkout there can be a long line. So your best bet is probably just ordering everything from online and having it delivered to your home (you will be waiting forever for someone to help you at SITE TO STORE). If you want to return something, forget about it unless you want to stand in line for 10+ minutes. I don't know who manages the place, but whoever manages this Walmart needs to reevaluate some of the employees there and possibly consider hiring some new friendlier employees that actually act like they WANT to work there. Nothing against Walmart the company itself but this specific Walmart store needs work!
RUDE AS HELL....I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT WALMART AGAIN.....POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....ALL THE STAFF NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
I can always find what I want. It's the Black Friday lines all year round that bother me. The last time I went in; the aisles were a ghost town but the check out lines looked like a concert crowd. Somethings not right.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER SHOP ONLINE.I ORDERED SOMETHING 3 WEEKS AGO AND THE STORE LOST THE FIRST 2 ITEMS.I HAVE STILL YET TO RECIEVE THE 3RD ITEM.I DID THIS ONLINE AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WALMART!...THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
