Really a nice store and selection but come in informed or prepare to overpay. Oh and don't bank on the associates giving you assistance without attitude. I don't hate this place, but other local shops are better IMHO
Place is nice inside and the staff was very helpful. However, I felt like I was getting rooked on a vaporizer price and I even mentioned it. They said were a small business and cant compete with online amd stuff. It made sense.. I am all for the cause of small business and all so I said .. hey why not spend a couple bucks more and the service was great. I purchased their frankenbundle store bundle vaporizer. The next day I was in the mall and some other stores and noticed the same setup and kit . Same brand same everything for about $70 less.. I paid $120 for the kit... I felt sick and so I called and spoke with the manager or owner not sure and they didnt care at all. Places like this are the very reason people are migrating online and not getting railed from people looking to take advantage of them. Sad part is I liked everything else.. even bought a shirt that I am wearing right now. However.. When anyone is looking for a shop or asks me about my shirt I will just have a great story to tell and lesson learned.
All the staff here are super knowledgeable about anything you may need there not to mention they are super awesome. They have a wide variety in vape needs to glass that I LOVE! This is the hot head shop in philly!!!
Terrible. Overpriced. and they sell you most utter crap at over prices cost. Never going back again. They are selling magic flight box for $145!!! When it retails for $125. Wtf? Do not waste your time buying here. Crazy greedy and they won't get any business for over charging people.
