The drive through is fast, but I've never been impressed with this store. My wife gave me a coupon for a free medium coffee every Monday for 2 months. Even though it's not convenient to go, I figure I'll get my free coffee and maybe something else (around 11am). So far, of the three times I've used my coupon, one time they actually gave me the Splenda that I ask for (not enough - maybe a packet worth), one time there wasn't any sweetener at all, and the other time I end up with over half an inch of sugar at the bottom of the cup. Today I also ordered one of their sandwiches. The lady punches the card, hands me a coffee, rings me up for the sandwich, and punches my card again for next week's date! Then puts another coffee down over by the sandwich area and tells me THAT one is mine and not the one she just handed me. I can understand being confused, but when there are only 3 customers in the store and the other two are waiting for their food to be made? I'm going to the one in Trooper from now on and avoiding this one.
One of the worst dunkin donuts I've been to. The drive thru took forever and the guy was rude and started yelling at me about a coupon I had that was clearly valid.

Date - 05/02/2010 Ordered Time - 11:16:29 A.M Full order received at 11:50 A.M Orders contain 3 sanwiches and 2 coffees Coffees received on time, but I received my 3 sanwiches in 3 intervals. I got my last sandwich at 11:50 A.M. Does this DD do not follow First Come First Serve policy? I should say they don't follow there order process here and ask the customers to show there receipts. This is so bad that making the customer wait and I don't even get the bagel I want. No one tells me that they don't have the bagel anymore. After making the customer wait for 30mins what I hear is that they dont have what I want. I am actually very big fan of DD, but this is the worst service I have ever received across the tristate area. Very disapointed here.
Great coffee and the drive thru is super fast. Sometimes if you go in the late afternoon and you are a semi-regular customer they will give you free donuts!
