Another great experience at Outback! Still an awesome filet, still fantastic broccoli. Great garlic mashed potatoes as well as the mac and cheese. 03/10/15

After a horrible experience at an Outback yesterday, we decided to try again at a different location. Today, everything was amazing! The restaurant was busy, yet the staff kept all of the customers so happy that they were chatting between tables. The staff was amazing, and our server (Michael C) never kept us waiting. Every single item we ordered was perfectly prepared and delicious. Even our kids were thrilled with their meals. While walking out, we were excitedly discussing what we wanted to order on our next visit. We can't wait to come back.

We ordered carry out for our anniversary because I was unable to sit in the restaurant. We both ordered the bone-in Rib eye and I have to say it was the worst steak I (We) have ever eaten, my husband's steak was even worse than mine. It was seriously 80 to 85% fat and gristle, I did not have one bite which I could chew smoothly. If we would have been in the restaurant we would have sent them both back after the second bite. It was extremely disappointing and we eaten at the restaurant and carry out many many times before and never a complaint. So I warn you; that steak is not good and when my husband picked it up he was told 'that's our best steak' that is awful but I know that it is not true. But after spending $50.00 plus tip and throwing it in trash it was very upsetting. My husband didn't even want the dog to have all that fat and gristle in his stomach!! I can't say I blame him, so in the garbage it went.. it was also raw, it looked beautiful but once you cut in to it..oh my goodness..

Food is ok and inside service is fine, but the curb-side staff has extremely unreliable order accuracy and timing.

The food was great. However, my husband and I were seated in a six person booth during a very slow period. The waitress attempted to move us to a smaller table even though we had said we were comfortable where we were. We were there for maybe twenty minutes to a half hour due to the waitress rushing us. She gave the impression that she wanted us to order quickly, got our stuff ready to be boxed far too quickly that we didn't have time to enjoy our meal. We felt completely rushed out of the place and it was still quiet and slow in the restaurant when we left. I only got an offer for a refill on my drink after it was empty and we had already decided to leave because each time our server passed she gave us what could easily be interpreted as a dirty look. We weren't sure if it was because we decided to remain in the booth (we both prefer to sit in a booth by a window anyway) or because we were a young couple dressed comfortably. For this reason, we are not sure if we will return.
