We threw a surprise 60th birthday party for my Father-In-Law a few weeks ago in the garden. Everything was perfect! From the food and ambiance to the staff and service, it was truly a magical event that we will all remember for years to come. Thank you Sam and staff for all your help in making this such a fantastic experience for all!

Hello all you online review readers. If you're from the area you may know me as an employee for some time of the Bywater Bistro and if you're from out of the area then I hope to meet you soon. I just wanted the online users to know our new seasonal menu will be up soon and is my personal favorite menu I have ordered from in my time at the bistro. We have a lot of new things going on and I want to let people know because I have gone from a fan to a supporter of the Bywater and the healthful, family atmosphere that they promote. They serve great, healthy food that I and the rest of the staff love and eat themselves and the local community loves as well. Come on in and be a part of the family and eat some exceptional, innovative, local and socially conscious food. It's quality food that makes you feel even better after you eat.
artsy atmosphere leaning towards funky. new american cuisine includes creative dishes with an asian twist along with fabulous sandwiches. easy to become a regular.
the food here is yummy, although the menu used to offer more choices. but these days, it's hard to know when this place is open anymore!
