I have been here many times. I have heard from others they will rip you off if you don't know anything about cars. I do however, and they have always been honest and reasonable with me. Friendly people also.
Two days ago I dropped my car off for an oil change. They told me it would be roughly an hour and they'd call me when it was done. I went back after waiting an hour and forty-five minutes and it still wasn't done! I had to go to work, so I couldn't wait any longer. They said they were backed up with another car, but there is no reason they couldn't have called me to let me know it was going to take twice as long as they said. Ridiculous, never going back.
These guys will rip you off with smiles on their faces. I brought them my car for a simple oil change... They call me up hours later and tell me it's all done. I checked afterward and they didn't change my oil filter. I was charged for parts and service that included an oil filter. Paid $32 for a big hassle and to get ripped off by a bunch of clowns. Who knows if they changed my oil at all or if they just topped it off. Doing this can severely damage my car over time. I wouldn't ever trust them to touch my car again. Don't trust any service they do to you unless you are standing there watching them. Don't let their fake friendliness fool you into trusting them. Rick may seem like a decent guy but he is schemer.
So they charged me $125 to put a "new" tire on, that was flat in 3 weeks time. And they took their time putting it on. So just walked home through a snow storm and had to abandon my car by the side of the road. I thought, Midas, huh, that sounds reputable- DON'T THINK THAT.
These jerks took forever to inspect my car, ended up keeping it for two days. Stay away.
