Dragon's Den

The best LGS in the area. I have a card shop about 20 minutes closer to me but I much prefer DD to any of the other shops in the area. The FNMs are always full and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about many card games. The only gripes I have is that sometimes their inventory isn't synced up and the MtG prices are generally quite a bit above TCGPlayer mid. Also, the FNM drafts generally aren't worth it for the pay out. On a normal draft you can sometimes go x-0-1 and not make the entry fee back. I would still recommend the store to anyone.
I'm in Dragon's Den every other week for Heroclix. The staff are great about paying attention to the needs of organized play groups, and always find ways to accommodate their players. The staff are very personable if you talk with them. One of the best game stores I go to.
Sales associates are morons. Many of the girls that work there have absolutely zero knowledge on anything comic book and/or video game related. They give horrid amounts for trading in your used games... better off going to Gamestop if you want to sell or trade... or even buy because many of their games at Dragon's Den are ridiculously high in price. They base their older game's value on sites like amazon and ebay. They check those prices listed online and usually increase what they go for on those sites about 30-40 percent. Their older used systems are way too high in price and it's almost laughable what they try and sell this crap for. You're better of buying online and having to pay the shipping. These guys are real shady at Dragon's Den and they will rip you off while given the chance. Beware!
It's a pretty good place. Decent prices, lots of variety, and great people. I hear the events they hold are lots of fun, too. But, some of the store is a bit dirty/cluttered, and I had one experience where I bought a game second-hand, in sealed plastic wrap, but the case was empty. Overall, pretty good.
The store and the crew are amazing. They are very helpful and the costumer service is top notch (I started visiting the store two weeks ago and they always treated me very well, they also have given me tones of help). The only downside in my opinion is the lack of Yu-gi-oh! cards for sale. I was building a new deck and I wanted to buy most if not all my cards with them, but they only had one card out of 25 I was looking for. If they could have a better stock, it would be amazing. Everything is very fair priced, the Yu-gi-oh! tournaments are very fun. The membership rewards program they have is also very good (10$ off next purchase after spending 100$ - which is pretty much 10% credit back).
