Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Never buy a car from them, they don't stand behind the used cars. They place blame on others when things go wrong
I wen to Dutchess with my sister-in-law for a used SUV. She found a clean one that she liked, but it was out of her price range. Carfax was clean. We Googled the KBB "trade in" value and offered them $1,000 less, which the accepted, no haggling, they even threw in a warranty. The real surprise was the financing. No pressure, and they hooked her up with a credit union deal that was super low-cost with no hidden fees. All in all, I can't imaging a better car buying experience! Rick E.
I recently purchased a Jeep from them and was terribly disappointed. The salesman was both pushy and aloof. When I finally got the car I had to ask about how to use my remote starter and was still not clear after he had told me. Terrible. I chalked a lot of the encounters up to the fact that this is a dealership and they will always be shady. But all of the issues combined left a bad taste and I will not speak one kind word. I also recently found out they never submitted my registration and the temporary expires in one week, I have had the car for over a month and just found out about this. I had to go up there just to receive another temporary that also expires in one week. I would avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy headaches.
Went there for an overall vehicle inspection on my 01 Laredo. To my surprise the service agent told me it would be free. After completion he brings me a bill of $50.00 for inspecting my Jeep. You do the math. Stay Away!!!
