Four cars in drive thru left without ordering. They had no salads. The ice cream machine was down. Forget speedy or correct food orders. Seriously?! I knew I should have checked the reviews before I stopped here. Shame on me. Oh and to make it worse, one of the employees had leashed their evil bulldog out under a tree for their shift. (It is close to 100°). That should have been the first clue to leave!
This visit was a disaster! They ran out of ice cream before we got there, so we couldn't buy a milkshake. The credit card machine stopped working, forcing people to go back to their cars for cash. Our order was overlooked until we brought it to the attention of the manager. He claimed to fill the order himself, but ten minutes later down the road, we discovered he had cheated us by not including a hamburger we paid for! I only hope this is the worst McDonald's in the country, not just New Mexico.
Every time I go threw drive thru my food is always cold,or like 4 hours old I wish that store had good food. And it never fails .but it only seems it happens after 2 need new people that know what fast food is all about FAST AND MOST OF ALL FRESH . NOT Sallee and ccooooollddddd
This place is dirty, bathrooms disgusting, roaches running around. I can't believe corporate would have this in their chain.
Just in there and laddy at counter was rude they were out of English muffin tried 2 give me a mcgriddle saying it was the same thing well its not and she argued with me &overcharged. Me definitely the worst McDonald experience ever!!!!
