What a delightful find! We enjoyed delicious food (the Navajo Catfish was excellent); appropriate serving sizes; reasonable prices; a comfortable, casual dining room; and some of the most gracious and friendliest staff we've met anywhere. Highly recommended!

I am vegetarian and the green chile was veg friendly (!). Also, my server - Leslie - was conscientious in checking all of the ingredients and sides. As it turned out, I could not have the rice or beans, so she offered fruit or a salad instead. The salad looked fairly standard, but the dressing had heat, which was pleasantly surprising. My rellenos were fantastic and I greatly enjoyed the happy hour house margaritas. I'm not sure if my travels will bring me to Roswell again, but if they do, a stop at Peppers is a must.

I stopped at the Roswell Visitor Center and was recommended "Pepper's" by the young lady there who even gave me a 10% coupon as I was from out of town. It was Monday night so Margaritas were $3.00 so I started with one of those and noticed that the bartender just poured a pre-mixed drink into a glass rather than taking the time to actually mix a drink. I like to know that I'm getting my fair share of tequila so I was unimpressed. I could taste tequila so it wasn't too watered down but uncool nonetheless. The food was awful. I ordered the "lightly" battered calamari and their "TexMex Platter". The calamari was very heavily battered and really overcooked and left a really bad after-taste. The soft taco on the platter was acceptable but the enchiladas, or whatever they were supposed to be were greasy, lacked substance (one of them was actually just a rolled up tortilla with nothing inside. To top it off, the enchilada things left the same bad after-taste that could only be described as old cooking-oil. I have eaten all over the world and this ranks right up there as one of my worst dining experiences. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hate fast-food restaurants but seriously, If it’s between Pepper’s & Raunchy Ronald’s hit the latter then go home and make yourself a drink.

Tactical TSB's worst nightmare! Had a great party there!

We absolutely love this place! While the food is good and the place is comfortable it's the SERVICE that stands out FAR above the rest in town! Every time we visit the customer service is simply amazing!
