My wife and sons ate here a couple of months ago and the thought of the HORRIBLE steak still haunts me! The service (what service?) was terrible. The wait staff was eating their "Subway" during service in clear view of our table, laughing and playing grab-a$$ the whole time. Something was wrong with each one of our 4 meals. We swore that night to NEVER waste money on the disgusting CHILIS experiences again. I pride myself on giving fair and honest reviews and frankly I'm being polite on this one. Go there and see for yourself.
This is one of the best Mexican restaurants. The food is so delicious I cannot restrain myself from eating there every week. However the working hours can be extended. 10 PM is not okay for people like me who enjoy late dinners.
The wait for our order was about an hour.After receiving it the food was sad. Ill Never go back.
We ate there on July 26. The hostess was very welcoming. The waiter was top-notch. He and the others worked as a team, but he took full charge to assure that we had what we needed and were satisfied. The food was good. It is too salty for me, but my wife was very satisfied - despite the salt. I think that is the franchise and not this restaurant.
I had the avocado burger. It was pretty good. The service wasn't very good. They are always busy and nothing is quick.
