It was my 60th Birthday and my wife had made reservations for us and another couple on Sunday Feb 22. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and were escorted to our table. The Waiter (P) came over to say hello and we ordered our drinks. A basket of bread was placed on the table by a server and my friend requested some warm bead. Another basket of bread was brought out by a server and that was also cold. Spoke to the waiter (P) who personally made sure the bread was warmed up. We ordered our dinners, a butter lettuce salad with gorgonzola, a pasta bolgnese. and a 32 Oz. Ribeye steak cooked MEDIUM. Salad was good, Steak came out unevenly cooked, center was raw and the ends were overcooked. Should have sent it back, the waiter did ask if we wanted to send it back but we were hungry so we left it as is. After dinner our friends ordered some coffee's then the waiter brought out a birthday plate with 2 lit candles and "Happy Birthday written on it in ?Chocolate. There was NOTHING on the plate, I was shocked. The waiter never asked us if we wanted dessert and when my wife made the reservation never asks let's say for an UP CHARGE for something on the Plate, I mean how TACKY can you get. When we got the bill we requested that it be split between 2 credit cards and my wife also had a $ 25.0- gift card that we wanted added to our half. When we got the receipt, it was totally wrong, so we sent it back and waited, and waited and waited. Finally asked for the MGR. who came over (Anthony). We complained about the empty Birthday Plate and he was RUDE, had an answer for everything. He stated that "We Don't Give Anything for Free", Come on, you are suppose to make it right and please the customer. He sat down at our table and just had an excuse for everything. Needless to say, NONE of us would ever go back. So much for my 60th Birthday. TACKY, TACKY, TACKY !!!!!!!
Great dinner and comfortable setting. Pear martini is crazy good.
second favorite restaurant in the borgata, behind seablue. food is always great, never had poor service. love the bar for it's cocktails as well. pear martini is one of my favorites.
the formal dinning room is the coolest of rooms, with its massive fireplace and vaulted, red stained glass walls. with the casino floor just feet away, it's an exciting place to enjoy the colorful meals.
Great place with fantastic food... Nice menu and desert is a must have (particularly the soufle) good service too!
