Waited forever for our appetizer and then waited even longer for our food. Our steaks were disgusting nothing but fat on them. My fiancé was drinking a coke and I a sweet tea.. Lets just say neither one tasted like it was suppose to. Along with awful food we also had very poor service. I believe our waitress checked on us maybe twice. They were not busy so there was no reason or excuse for this type of service. To top off our awful experience we both were in the bathroom sick that night and most of the day. We had not eaten anywhere else that day either so you can see where I'm going with that.
Decent one..... not that great there are many other better steak houses
Worst Outback ever. Dined with a party of six. Cons: Steak orders were either over or under cooked. Even the manager agreed that the cook messed up even the second time around. Pros: None
We decided to dine quickly before settling into our rental home. We arrived at 5pm so we anticipated a quick in and out experience. Not the case!! Food took really long (the table next to us arrived 15 min after us and got their food the same time as ours) and then they messed up my husband's order. With two small and very tired, restless children, this was awful! We waited for his food and anticipated that they would compensate for this error. Nothing! I've waitressed before so I expected them to comp the meal. They didn't even give us a discount on his meal. Never going there again!
I really wish I hadn't ignored the bad reviews for this place. The restaurant was seriously understaffed and the waiter was terrible. The food was fine, but almost everyone I saw there had to wait unusually long amounts of time for their food (as did we). There was a general aroma of dissatisfaction among all the customers.
