After being told (without actually being told) that Logans next door didn't want to serve us 30 minutes before closing, we were enthusiastically greeted by Dan who provided great service for us late night diners celebrating our wedding anniversary. He had Kathy the manager stop by to wish us a happy anniversary as well. The food was on point and we had such a wonderful meal. We felt so welcomed, and made it a point to tip 50% to show our appreciation. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and me decided to have date night tonight here at Chilli's and it was terrible. Our appetizer came out after our dinner and the app was just chips and dip nothing that had to be cooked. Our waitresses didn't seem to really care about this situation nor did they mind to forget about our table. We watched another couple get sat after and get their app before us and their drinks. I don't know when I will return if that's the service. That they give. Poor service and very unapologetic for their mistakes. The new girl who was on her second day was more helpful and sweet lets hope she doesn't get corrupted by the others.
I love the food and get coupons online very often, however I have quit eating here for at least a year because their sanitation grade is never good. Right now it is 91.5%. A year ago it was 92%. To the uninformed, that may seem good, but on the contrary it is definitely not. I do not eat anywhere below a 96% sanitation rating.
Ordered from online for the To go service. It was not good everything was dry and way over cooked. wont be eating there anymore.
