It Varies. We all know what to expect food and drink wise so what really distinguishes one location from another are the people. I'll start off by saying the staff are always polite and friendly. 5 stars for attitude. The issue is the service. Typically the service inside is quick but the drive thru can be downright snail pace slow, especially when they are at peak times but surprisingly during off peak times. They really need to improve that process to get drinks out faster. I've waiting 15 minutes for a drink more than once. The only other issue I have is that there needs to be a paper towel dispenser in the bathrooms. I'm one of those that believes air dryers do nothing but spread germs and bacteria. I'd appreciate an alternative that's not toilet paper. So, improve the speed and I can rate it higher. That's the biggest deal for me.
this place has gone down hill fast. EXTREMELY slow service, staff could care less. constantly complaining and bickering about management in front of the customers.
The staff is always friendly, but this has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. It is not uncommon to spend 10-20 minutes in the drivethrough.
