I'm not going to diss the entire place, because I went very late at night. However customer service should not change. I asked the lady in the drive-thru if my donuts were fresh and she replied "what" in a very snotty way, I then rephrased my question to "when were the donuts made?" She said "sometime" today. Before I could say can I have some fresh ones she closed the window right in my face! Very mean...the donuts were good, I just like them hot
Awesome!! Always kill my craving for donuts, the best!! Went here when I went to the Toy R US on West Florissant and I will drive 35 mins just to get some of their donuts!
If you get bad service here, It's because of it's location. At least 7 out of every 10 people that actually work in this area and areas like it around St Louis, couldn't care less about anything besides doing as little as possible until time to go home.
Nothing beats a hot glazed Krispy Kreme donut fresh out of the oven!
