best place to have a great steak dinner
I loved it. We are from Brazil and went there last week. I am sure going to miss that great food and the service was just perfect. Looking forward to going back there next trip to America!
I went here a couple days ago and had the porterhouse steak with the sweet potato, I love it. The steak was very tasty. I ordered it Med, and it came out more medium-well, but that's par for north St. Louis county (and expected), it was delicious. I had really wanted to order the prime rib, but they said they were out for the day. The server told me they only fix a certain amount with the expectation of running out (so they never have any left over). I was initially disappointed at not getting what I wanted, but the porterhouse was so good, I forgot all about the prime rib. We order the shrimp and lobster (or crab I don't remember) dip, and although it was good, the cheese was either not melted all the way, or had been re-heated to the point that it was too solid. The manager bought the ladies at the table a free desert. That was nice of him.
I've been here several times and the service has always been good. (I usually sit at the bar.) The food has been good each time, also. No unpleasant surprises.
Good food...love.the baked sweet potatoe a must as a side dish with any entree.
