Me, my husband, children & grandchildren went there sat evening around 5pm after making a reservation two days prior. The tables were not ready when we arrived and sat on the outer part of the restaurant next to the hotel. Had to flag the waitress down for drinks, clean up our empty glasses & after waiting 2 hours for our food, we were told she forgot to put our order in. We told management we were going somewhere else. Guess who took care of the bill for the drinks, not us. Have a giftcard which ill give to someone. Wont go back! Should have paid attention to the reviews & 3 star rating! They suck!!!!!
Try to get to this location. .. pay for parking. NO. I don't see this restaurant getting much business from the local people. Was looking forward to eating here. Taking our business elsewhere.

What a joke. I come to this area once a month and at stay at the Embassy across the street. This place is in walking distance...poor service (except for "Lil Jen", she was the only person there who knew how to work with customers), pathetic food, and super high prices. 3 nights in a row I frequented the restaurant with hope they would redeem themselves. I will not return on my business trips to the area.
Difficult location with gated parking, odd entrance, slow lunch service, failed to deliver all three meals at same time, slow to refill, poor service.
