food super good. I recommend to try it if nearby. for the restaurant because you respond to feedback which is brilliant, I'm not giving 5 stars because I think you can improve the flow inside the restaurant. my parents were very confused how to order with multiple menus and way too many food options. I would recommend to break down the ordering process to steps and reduce menu complexity. also the ordering of draft beers was a hidden process and you must not be getting all desire for drafts because the drink selection process is at the beginning and no drafts there , rather had to get at the end and someone had to go in the back to fetch the order. also unclear that we had to bus our own table and when did was kind of bad that had to see open container of silverware all dirty. yet again food was super great and these are just details on the service that you guys can improve simply to improve experience. keep it up!

Have been here 2 times, feels super rushed when ordering not exactly sure what the menu has because it is just a bunch of writing on the wall. Was told the food is really good but the first time I went the brisket was tough and the group I went with said "huh it is bad today must just be the day" So I said I will try it again, despite hating how you order in this cafeteria style rush. Went back a few weeks later and the brisket was super fatty and had little to no flavor. Will not be going back I don't see what the draw to this place is. There are a ton of great BBQ places around STL this is not one of them.

If I lived closer I would try to work here just because I can't get enough. I had sugar fire about two months ago and haven't stopped thinking about it since. I've had the burger and the pork- both incredible. I also love the interesting sides they create everyday, it's like the icing on the cake! Their sodas are top notch as well. This place is worth it. Try to go in-between lunch and dinner to avoid the crowd, but it's worth the wait. Maybe I'll go today.... Hmmmmm

Felt like cattle being herded through. Pushed us through so fast got the wrong order. And they insisted it was mine even though I watched them get it wrong . Will not go back. Carry out only. Much better smoke houses in St Louis.

So tasty! New things every day and always something interesting to choose from. I find myself debating the drive down and the wait almost every day during lunch time.
