Today I went to eat around 3:30pm. I was seated and within five minutes my order was taken. I ordered the planko shrimp meal with fries and broccoli. I asked the server to please make sure my meal was fresh because I had a bad experience there a few days before with cold food. She stated that she would make sure. Within 5 minutes she was bring out my food. She said I know this is fresh and I stated, "Are you sure because I just ordered and I know it takes shrimp longer to cook than that". She said it is fresh, I seen them take it out myself. I taste the broccoli it was ok, I taste the fries and they were fine. I bit that damn shrimp and it was cold on the inside, and I looked down and saw that it was still raw. The entire shrimp was still grey and uncooked. The manager only asked if she could get me something else. She didn't apologize or anything! At first I thought I was being picky so that's why I went back again, but after this, I don't think I will. Spencer gives great service although she wasn't there today.

Service wasn't great at all...appetizer cold, ghetto employees ;/

This place was great. We went twice n 5 days. Our server Jael was great and the food was super. We will definitely go back.

This place is just terrible. The server we had, LUCINDA was horrible! She was cray cray. We asked for our receipt 4 times and ended up waiting for it for about 40 minuets. Mind you we were seated RIGHT NEXT TO THE RECEIPT AND BEVERAGE AREA. She was handing out other people's receipts, refills, rolls, and napkins. We never got any of these things until my brother got up to walk out of the place. Oh we did get rolls finally, she dropped them on the counter ledge next to our table she walked away, the butter had tipped over and spilled all over the counter ledge. WOW you can place everyone else's on their tables but not ours? Finally, our server walked by and he asked for our receipt again and said he was about to leave if he didn't get it. (We had, had enough by this time) She, Lucinda, the server, went crazy! She started yelling at him, saying Oh you got the right one today, you got the right one, I dont need this job, Im gonna get fired today! WOW really? all we wanted was good food and our receipt. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

ME AND MY FAMILY WENT THERE COMING FROM ILLINOIS AND WE WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED CAPITAL "D" WE WERE TREATED HORRIBLY BY THEY'RE SERVICE WAS COMPLETELY INTOLERABLE WE WERE SITTING THERE FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE WE FINALLY GOT OUR DRINKS AND THEY WERE FLAT SO HER WE ARE WITH FLAT SODAS AND NOTHING TO EAT SO WHEN WE GOT OUR FOOD I WAS ON MY LAST STRAW AND THEN WHILE IM EATING MY FOOD I FOUND A HAIR IN MY CHICKEN I TOLD MY FAMILY WE HAVE TO LEAVE I DIDN'T LEAVE A TIP OR PAY BECAUSE WE COULD JUST GONE TO MC'DONALDS FOR THIS AND THATS MY STORY ON GOING TO O'CHARLEY'S
