VERY poor service. The waitress was unapologetically slow, inattentive and quite clueless as to what it means to give good customer service. After a very long wait for our food (3 orders of wings, 1 fish taco, 1 basket of potato wedges), she brought our food but no silverware or napkins - we had to ask for those items. After waiting 5 minutes she brought us plastic ware and napkins - they were "out" of silverware - according to her the bartender didn't have time to wash the silverware.....she also forgot the potato wedges comes with sour cream and again I had to wait 5 minutes before she brought it out to us. After we ate she failed to clear ANYTHING from our table, even though we stayed an hour after finishing our food. The fish tacos were very, very boring. Fried fish filet, lettuce and a couple pieces of diced tomatoes. That's it - no sauce, nothing. To top off our miserable experience, the picture on the big TVs were so dark it was difficult to see the picture clearly. All in all it was the worst experience we'd ever had at a BWW. Stay away from this location!!

Thank god you can still moke there. Definitely a step forward from the decent into Nazi Germany this country has taken. If you serve booze you should allow tobacco. Chuck E Cheese's is down the block.

I've been to many BWWs many times. The food is always okay. They deep fry the entire menu. However, this trip was awful. We came in for the happy hour specials ($3 apps, $3.50 beers) and I got two beers and a qualifying appetizer (which the waitress had no idea which ones qualified). Come time for the bill, the waitress made everything full price, putting the bill around $15. I asked her to correct it and she realized she made a mistake on everyone's, which wasn't true because some were correct. When she came back with a corrected bill, she added another beer and the appetizer was still full price. The bill was now $17. Yes, we had about 10 people, but it shouldn't be that difficult.

No issues. Great customer service, great food.

I'm a big fan of BWW, but the service at this store is atrocious. The check almost always reflects the wrong amount, servers forget about their tables, and the bathrooms are frequently dirty. Management is too busy running around trying to fix mistakes to actually teach the employees how to do their jobs.
