This was the worst experience ive ever had. went here for a small graduation party less than 15...2 hours into our wait there was still some children with out food. and we were the only ones inside the grill. we had 14 different servers who appeared to have no management leading them. our food took so long and came out so wrong there was no time left for bowling. very disappointed I will recommend to everyone go to a locally owned bowling alley cause this place was a joke and way over priced.

I go here as often as I can seems like they are under New Management now. A few Years ago it was hard to get Service and the Waitress was never to be found until I went hunting for one and then they always acted like I was keeping them from doing something far more important than taking care of a Costumer . Things have changed for the Better now. Great Service and some of the Employees are starting to recognize me. I only Bowl on Thursday Nights because it's cheaper to play that Night and I still have fun and get a good workout. I'm 50 years old and was Born without any Depth perception. I love to Bowl and even though I still struggle in my games they have always made me feel like a Pro. with their Service. I hope they keep up the AWESOME Work.

Tried booking a party for my company for over a month with this place. We were told from the beginning it would work out, a month later and FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY, they now refuse to do what was originally talked about and okay with. Went back and forth for over a month, everyone giving me different answers. Never would let me call and talk to the event coordinator. When I would leave a message, event coordinator had someone else call me back only for them to be extremely rude to us on the phone. Was willing to pay for the event over phone to ensure they got their money and they refused (yet let others do that by admission of the event coordinator the one time I was allowed to speak with her). Will absolutely never do business with them and taking my business elsewhere for every future event.

Worst league coordination I have ever experienced. If you want to bowl league better go somewhere else like Cave Springs. What a joke!

it's a bowling alley people it's not a nice restaurant. People on here complaining that there wasn't enough help, enough waitresses! My advice, don't bring a large group and don''t stay until the end of the night.
