Zumbrota Ford is truly a great place to car shop, whether it's your first time purchasing a vehicle or not. I recently purchased my second vehicle through them and I never once felt overwhelmed to purchase a vehicle. The staff there was amazing, very professional and everyone was friendly. They truly are there to help their customers every step of the way. I got more help than I could have asked for and it was a great experience overall.

My dad was a long time customer of Zumbrota Ford dealership and services. After a few not so great experiences with other dealerships, my wife and I decided to take his advise. A couple of years ago we bought a new 2012 Fusion and Todd Fitzgibbons was our sales person, the car has been excellent. With a growing family and personal health issues we needed another vehicle. The health issues pushed us into getting another vehicle sooner than expected. We went back to Zumbrota Ford, explained to Chris Hayes about our situation and he went to work. Chris showed us vehicle after vehicles and after days of debating between my wife and I, we finally made a decision. We could never thank Chris enough for his hard work and patience with us, Todd and Kelly were awesome team players as well. We would also like to thank Mr. Johnson himself for having such a great team to work with the people. They truly are a dealer for the people!!

This is my third purchase from Zumbrota Ford. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere. The team worked with us to arrive at a great deal and we couldn't be happier. Talk about cust sat, Eric went to get my favorite pop from the machine but it was out. Then, he offered to go get me one across the street! Now that's caring:) Jason made the paperwork fun...as fun as it can be! I went in with my 2014 Mustang and wasn't happy with it anymore. Drew found something that I was looking for, and wanted an SUV again. He located an Escape for me, and I haven't been happier with a vehicle than I have been with this new Escape. I just want to thank everyone that dealt with me, I appreciate the service.
