I reserved tickets for a show I was planning to attend on my birthday. I was not able to attend due to some personal reasons. I called well in advance to ask for a refund, but was told I was out of luck. I live about 120 miles away, so I thought it was a fair request. Too bad. I will never attend a show there again. It's really easy to provide good customer service and they failed.
