I came through the drive through, and they had the food I ordered right away hanging out the window before I even got there! Best McDonalds I've been too.
It's alright. Stopped there on my way home, ordered a Bacon Habanero burger, which was ready quickly but I had to wait several minutes for fries. Friendly enough staff though.
Worst McDonalds anywhere, by far. Don't bother with the drive-thru, either, like the reviewer below suggested... the orders are wrong about 80% of the time. Today I ordered a 6-piece happy meal with sweet and sour. Got home to find they got the sweet and sour sauce right, but gave me a double-cheeseburger instead of the nuggets. In the past I've ordered a cheeseburger, plain and gotten one with no cheese. Or an egg McMuffin with no egg. These are not errors of a new store (which has been open almost a year now) - these are careless problems and there's been no improvement from day one. When the order IS right, half of the food is cold and stale (especially the fries - every time!) If you're really craving McDonalds, you'd be better off to drive to Rochester or Cannon Falls. Or just hit Dairy Queen instead.
SLOW! ZERO customer service skills! Stood for ten minutes before someone finally took my order. I was only one waiting! Took even longer to get my order and then it was wrong! Would have been faster and better had I drove to Rochester or even cannon falls! This McDonald's is horrible! Stick to drive through and even then check your order!
I personaly thought the service was great I was there about a month ago and the cashier was very kind if i remember right his name was Joe, the food was good to but it did take a little long to get
