Reviews
I can't bring myself to give Sven and Ole's a 4 out of 4, but it's a pretty solid experience (especially for the uninitiated). The ordering process (waiting in line at the front counter) is a bit of a hassle, expounded when the place is busy, but they do deliver the pizza to your table. The pizza I would give a good score, again not the best in the world, but it's no slouch either. They also have some decent ice cream. Don't forget to put their bumper sticker on your vehicle so we all know you've been there!
Because how can you not love good pizza up on the north shore.
Pretty good pizza for the middle of nowhere. Good beer options. Like any hotel or restaurant in a small town, the place is old and in need of some upgrades. I would go back.
Fun dining experience on our way up the Gunflint Trail. Good pizza, but usually pretty busy. Be prepared to get up close and personal with your family.
