I've been here several times, and have always been pleased. The salad bar is excellent. I went there with my son, and he had the ribs. I tried them and they were great. The next time I ordered ribs, and was told that their cooker broke so there were no ribs. Later the manager came over and apologized for not having ribs. The food has always been good, as has the waitstaff. You can sign up for coupons on the internet, and you'll get them via email. You get either $5 off any entree, or buy one entree and get a second entree for half price. When there is a problem, the manager is eager to apologize and address the situation. They act like they really care. The crab cakes are great.

Oder to go. Said it would be ready in 15 mins. Waited an extra 20. Zucchini was black. Ask for it to be remade. She never went to tell the cook so I left. Call to speak to manager. Get put on hold. She tells me he is too busy and I need to call back.

7-17-2013: First time in this establishment. First impression: It was freezing. BRING A JACKET IN. My daughter had a coupon for $2 off if you sit at the bar. We asked the hostess if the coupon was good if we sat at an open booth in the bar. She assured us that it was. Our waitresses arrived; one introduced the other as a trainee (first day). When our iced teas were delivered to the table, the trainee sloshed the first glass of tea all over the menus & table and then became so flustered over that, she completely dumped the second glass off the tray. Felt bad for her, we were understanding customers. We each ordered soup/salad bar...can't screw that up, right? The salad selection was boring. The mixed salads were tasteless. The dressings for the 'tossed' salad were extremely salty. Ordered the broccoli/cheddar soup was like brine. I gave up eating after abandoning my first salad with ranch, making a new salad with Italian dressing. Both were too salty to eat. The soup was inettible. Those little biscuits were good, but not plentiful. The experienced waitress said she was waiting for a batch to come out of the oven and "got pushed out of the way" by other waitstaff, and ee had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes to get two more of those three bite morsels. When it came time to turn in our $2 coupon, we were told that it only applied if you were seated at the bar itself. After an explaination that we had inquired about this with the hostess, the experienced waitress checked our story with the hostess, we were granted our $2 off "this time". Really?! Thanks don't do me any favors; we won't be back. My daughter is now working in that town and will not be taking any of her clients there.

Very good overall experience

My boyfriend and I recently ate dinner here and had a great experience. We both enjoyed our meals (the coconut shrimp with key lime sauce was fantastic) and the service was prompt and the staff very friendly. Our server even went out of her way to get me a to-go cup for my full glass of tea at the end of our meal.
