We used to buy take-out fairly regularly, but lately the food has gone WAAAY downhill. They are always out of quiche at the dinner hour...and if they do have it, it is COLD! My alternate was always the chicken salad sandwich, which use croissants instead of bread. They were quite good! Now, however, on my last 3 visits they were out of quiche. I ordered the sandwich, which had a small amount of chicken salad with the croissants SMASHED on top and bottom. Thinking this was a fluke, I went back and, again. No quiche. I ordered the sandwich instead. When I got home, it was stuffed in a box...very little..and un-mixed chicken salad smashed down again. I don't know how you feel about croissants, but they are supposed to be light and flaky. Horrible. I did call and complain to the owners, and was told they would go through some re-training. I'll wait a while and see what happens. Their pies are wonderful, though!

We eat here often as we work right down the road from here, I think someone is having a bad day as I have not had this problem before. I called in a pick-up order (for three people) The lady was extremely rude, i got half way thru the first persons order and was cut off. Told if this order is any bigger you need to fax it in, no direction as to how I might do this other then here is the number. My first response was to find somewhere else to eat lunch. But I didn't want to have to track down my co workers again to figure something else out. So I looked on the website for a "online order" form or something along those lines, couldn't find one. I wrote the order on a black piece of paper and faxed it into them. No idea when it will be ready or what time i should show up to get it. Service SUCKED this time, an if we weren’t so busy we would have ordered somewhere else. Advise to management, when someone is having a bad day keep them in the back washing dishes not answering the phone. Don't think i will ever order take out again from this location.

My daughter and I used to eat here a couple of years ago and the food was not anything special, but o.k. Recently my wife and I decided to stop by. This place has gone from o.k. to terrible. I ordered a chicken pot pie. It should be called a chicken flavored pot pie. I don't think there was more than two pieces of chicken in it and very few vegetables -- just pie dough and bland chicken flavored gravy. My wife's sandwich was not any better. On top of the bad food, the personnel were unpleasant and surly. We will never be back.

Called up to GT Pie to see what soups and sweets are available as the menu isn't updated to reflect those items. We were told several soups and upon arrival found they weren't available, and the same story with some of the pies. Customer Service just isn't a strong point I suppose, nothing against the owners who are great. GT Grilled Cheese with tomato and bacon was also blackened to a crisp.
