LongHorn Steakhouse

Great portions and delicious from the salads to the entrees to the sides and bread. Definitely recommended
I really enjoy the food and service is great also! The prices seem about right for what you get and the service has always been awesome! The deserts are out of the world, I have never been able to finish one. I've never had a bad meal there and eat there often!
We were so sadly surprised when we walked into the "new and improved" LongHorn. Not only did the inside resemble a typical Applebees or TGIFridays, but it was so loud with the impossible number of patrons that were stuffed into the "remodeled" seating arrangement. The music was not audible, and the atmosphere screamed "chain restaurant." Still, it WAS my husbands favorite restaurant so we forged ahead. After calling ahead, we were pushed to the end of the line and waited for 20 minutes with the hostess glaring at us. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes before seeing a waitress and another hour for our food. Upon our food arriving, my husbands steak was extremely dry, my hamburger almost raw when ordered medium well, and no sugar or Cinnamon on the baked potato. When we asked for the cinnamon (i already accepted that the food was not the same and would be, keeping the hamburger to give to our dog) the waitress gave us a "ugh, seriously" attitude, before taking another 10 minutes to bring it back with an empty ketchup bottle for my worst the two day old Burger King french fries. Although the price hasnt changed much, just under 50 dollars, we felt completely robbed when paying the bill. (Dont worry we still gave our waitress a tip, its not her fault they completely revamped the too good to be true restaurant into a bar atmosphere in a pathetic attempt to sell more alcohol and squeeze every drop from its customers. Suffice it to say, we were completely unsatisfied at the "new LongHorn" and do not anticipate returning to this restaurant CHAIN, and when we write the manager we will not be asking for a gift card to the LongHorn but instead to Margaritas.
