Two days before the desired delivery, I ordered $120 value for delivery to a place nearby between 9am and 11:30. Order confirmation, everything in place. Surprise gift at a workplace. 11:30 rolls around, no flowers. I call and state I'd like to check my order delivery, its late. The response was immediately that my order wasn't timed. Keep in mind that she doesn't even know who I am. I insist that by my confirmation number, I'm right. She pulls it up and continues to deny there is a time on it. She then calls the driver, who I overheard say she missed the delivery time, and continues to try to convince me that I am wrong. The driver says she can be there at 12:10, though the business closes and this is a SURPRISE. They told me to call her, ruin the surprise and the moment by telling her to wait in her car for the truck.This business needs to spend less time trying to convince a well paying customer that they are wrong, and focus more on how they are going to correct their mistake. Wait in the car, out in the cold. Romantic. Needless to say, for failure to provide the service paid, they've received a cancellation on the check and an announcement of their deceit.

My family has done business with Nature's Splendor for over 15 years. They do beautiful work and are very professional and friendly. We would all recommend them over and over. We had so many compliments on the flowers they did last month for my Sister in Laws wedding!

Horrible Customer Service. They kept pressing me to pick-up my arrangement in the store and seemed unwilling to deliver. I asked them to drop with a neighbor after a certain time because I was at work. They arrived almost 30 minutes before the time I requested and called to say they were leaving. I called the neighbor who was indeed home and the driver would not turn around, argued with me that I did not give a drop-off time, refused to deliver, and hung up on me. I would not ever use them again or refer to anyone.

I have been blessed to have two weddings in one year. Linda, of Nature's Splendor, has helped me with both. I would not go to anyone else. She worked with both brides and listened intently. She offered great ideas and showed us plenty of books and even the actual flowers. The arrangements at both were elegant and perfect for each individual bride. The flowers were so fresh that we kept the arrangements to close to two weeks. Linda really cares about her work. She has also done all of my silk arrangement for all the holidays and has done all of the wreaths for my front door. Her talents are beyond compare. She will always be our family's florist. This is by far the best florist in town. The staff are very friendly and helpful! They have plenty of arrangements to choose from in the store, but if you don't find something you like they are willing to create something just for you! Inside The shop they have lots of plants and other gifts items like candles and greeting cards. Anytime I need an arrangement or something to get a friend I stop here because I know I will find something great!!!!! =)
