the food was amazing! our waitress however (Debra I believe was her name) was horrible! pretty sure she needed to go do some more meth. she didn't receive a tip on a $90 bill thanks to her poor communication skills and terrible customer service.
The rating is not so much a reflection of the food (which was good and we didn't leave much on the plate), but a reflection of it as German food. I've been to Germany a couple of times and have had some great German food here in the states that's been very much like the real thing. Ox Yoke was not it. Go for a decent meal, but don't expect to be wowed great German food if you know what it is.
Very good family style dinner, with a party of 14 the service was quick and the desert was to die for!
Great food and service! Had the schnizel plated, which was more than enough food rather than doing family style. My husband had the plated knatwurst/brattwurst..we tasted each others and both were delicious! Very happy with the friendly service and atmosphere. Would go again!
Arrived Fathers day for brunch, was turned away for not having a reservation when parking lot and dining room was empty! Looked online no reservation was required! Service has not been very good either last few visits, have to say will not be going back and I do not recommend this place either!
