WineHouse at Lake Nona
Reviews
First class place and food very friendly and fast service many thanks for a great night
I have been coming to the WinHouse at Lake Nona starting the first day they opened. From the other reviews you will see they had a few operating issues from when they first opened but I feel they have resolved those issues. What I like about the WineHouse...Great craft beers. I will take a good craft beer over wine almost every day. My wife enjoys the ever changing wine selection. The wine machines are fun to use. You can server yourself wine by the taste, half glas, or by a full glass. I find it fun to hear people talk about how much fun they have just bouncing around to each machine tasting the different wines. The food is very good. It is a topas style venue so it is best when you order a few things to share between the group. My favorites are the fish tacos, steak cilantro empanadas, and the zuccini crips. What I don't like about the WineHouse...I can't think of a single thing. How many places in the Lake Nona area is open until midnight every night execpt Friday's and Saturdays when they extend thier hours to 2 AM. It is a great place to visit time and time again.
Food was ok but service is terrible. Was told (not asked) to leave seating area since it was supposed to be reserved. Beer selection always limited since they seem to not restock often and wine by the glass is expensive.
I really like this place. Good wine selection, good food, and a very respectable beer selection. It's a good space and I always enjoy my time there. Sometimes the service can be a bit off. Otherwise a good place.
Dismal food selection, terrible beer selection, wine selection....if you like box wine? You'll love this place. Being so close to the estates you would think the food and wine would be of higher quality. Wine House don't get mad get better, the people will come.
