They easily handled our large group, plus the food was ready pretty fast and all came out all at the same time. The group got a variety of items and it was all fantastic.

Nice tap selection, decent food. Wings are good, but overpriced.

With my spouse, I, and our guest visiting in town, it took 30 minutes to place our order at The Tap House, after we were seated, with less than a 1/3 full dining room. Then we placed our order and our wings came out in 2 minutes after the order, and we questioned how fresh they were, and they were only lightly sauced on the top instead of being rolled in the sauce tub like one would expect. The waiter told us the wings sit in the vats of oil until they are ready to take out, instead of being freshly prepared by order per customer. Our chicken fingers and sweet potato fries came out wrong, and came out as an order of boneless wings, which we sent back. Then we got our specified 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese dressing, as a plate of 3 ranch dressing cups and no blue cheese dressing. I had to ask for a side of blue cheese dressing, as I requested before. The waiter was slow, spacy, and odd. I question his eligibility as a waiter. After I requested the waiter to check on my guest in town's chicken finger order, he said they forgot about it, and after another 10 plus minutes into our dinner service, my guest finally got the chicken finger order which was dark brown, almost burned in color, chicken fingers, of which I tasted and my guest and us determined they were burned. The side of sweet potato fries were overcooked and small ends from the bottom of bag. The waiter told us the darkness on the chicken fingers was from the old oil from all the wings being fried that night that made the chicken fingers dark, however they tasted burned. The host at the place agreed the sweet potatoes fries were over-cooked and of un-acceptable quality. The Tap House agreed to comp our tab except for our 3 drinks. We paid the waiter for the 3 drinks and he gave us back $.70 cents short the wrong change. Then he proceeded to pay us with $1.00 dollar extra to cover the difference. Very unorganized. Poor service. Very disappointing experience for my spouse, I and our guest in town visiting.

Came in at 9:30 on. Had to search out an employee to ask about seating. Told there want any and that was it. We went here on a recommendation and will not ever attempt to dine here. I guess when you are a business in a town that depends on tourism, your customer service can be substandard. There is always another unknowing tourist.

False advertising. No vaposhots as advertised and they don't even know when or if they'll have them.
