I love Steamboat Coffee Roasters! My work took me out of town quite a bit this last summer, and I realized something sad. It dosen't matter where you go for coffee, chargebucks, kum & go, 7-11, or just the corner coffee stand, they all overheat their drip coffee. They want the pot to stay warm to the last cup, so they heat it up way too much. That changes the flavor and if you drink your coffee like me, BLACK, then you notice. Also some places don't want it too strong so they add more water to the mix, this gives your coffee an acidy flavor, if you want it less strong you use less water same amount of grounds, these are all things lost in the big world and small coffee shops, UNLESS you go to Steamboat Coffee Roasters they know how to roast the coffee beans and brew a great cup of Java!!!!
