This coffee house sucks. We met our friends and family ( a group of 6) here to have breakfast and coffee and were treated so poorly. The service is AWFUL. It took 45 minutes for them to microwave a burrito! And the coffee is mediocre. When i complained they offered me absolutely nothing. No apology , no store credit, just a "sorry we're busy". Which wasn't even true. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere they actually appreciate your business.
We waited 30 min for a hot chocolate because they use post it notes for orders and maybe too many friends at the counter while trying to make orders. Apologized but would rather have money back. Hot Chocolate lacking. Nice atmosphere was about it.
Nice and cozy, very flexible with modifying my espresso order mid-production, and great wi-fi. Open on Sundays, too. :-)
Thank you Steaming Bean! Wonderful coffee, delicious treats, and great atmosphere to comfortably relax in or to get some much needed work done in. You'll always be on my must visit list when returning to Steamboat!
