Terrible service and they ruined my child hood by telling me that the secret menu is made up by costumers. They said there is no such thing as the cotton candy. She said its called the vanilla beam with a splash of raspberry. They are rude instead of just taking the order she started argueing with my mom.
worst starbucks I have been to...ever. i have been going to this place for the last 5 years because it is on my way to work and they have always been bad: frequently forget to get your drink, poor attitudes, lids are not on all the way etc. today was the last straw. we ordered 2 turkey bacon sandwiches and my wifes was luke warm out of the oven. mine was half frozen. they don't care. for $4 each it is just insulting.
Care so little they can't put their lobby opening time on their sign. They enjoy watching people freeze outside waiting apparently. Edit: day two: the pregnant woman and Indian woman wouldn't be able to say customer service if you spelled it out for them. They wouldn't have had their job at starbucks for a week a decade ago. What happened to you starbucks?! :/
It was big place and clean.
